Nick Langford Construction Ltd (NLC) is a licensed, ticketed, insured professional homebuilder. NLC is licensed under the B.C. Homeowner Protection Act with the 2/5/10 warranty provided by Travelers Insurance. Nick’s first custom home project was in 1989 and he has built custom homes on the Gulf Islands since 1996. In the early 90's, Nick worked as a carpenter/contract finisher. NLC specializes in new homes and cottages.
Our services are comprehensive- from project start to finish, including: drawings, site preparation, foundations, framing, interior finishing. Our team of carpenters work efficiently to produce quality homes. We are proud of our full service, good value and high quality.
